Emily de Molly April 2020 Releases
All I See
All I See is a great way to start things off! This entrancing polish has a cool steel blue base with a warming copper shimmer. It applies like a nice, easy creme with the shimmer adding a very pretty glow. I’m wearing two coats with a glossy topcoat.
Enjoy The Fall
Enjoy The Fall is absolutely delicious and squishy! It has a khaki green base loaded with pink to gold to green shifting iridescent flakes and gold holographic micro glitters. From my swatches, you can see that the flakes in here are endless. They give the polish incredible depth and a shifty quality. Despite all of those flakes, it still dries down smooth. I’m wearing three coats with a glossy topcoat.
Here We Go Again
Here We Go Again has a bright ultramarine blue base filled with pink to gold to green shifting aurora shimmer, and silver holographic flakes. The shimmer packs a punch giving lots of movement. It’s pretty intense! The polish applies smooth and easy. I’m wearing two coats with a glossy topcoat.
Ombres And Glitter
The only thermal in this release is the well named Ombres & Glitter. This temperature reactive jelly polish shows as bright pink when warm, cooling down to purple, then dark purple when cold. A mix of orange to green shifting iridescent glitters are noticeable in all states. The glitters in here are plentiful and leaves back a bumpy texture when dried. Be patient when applying; allow the coats to dry well in between to avoid dragging. I’m wearing two coats with a glossy topcoat.
Overrun has a luscious, dark purple base with foil shimmer that shifts blue to purple to red. The polish applies well with topcoat bringing all the elements together. The shiftiness shows more in person than is apparent in photos. I’m wearing two coats with a glossy topcoat.
Remote Control has a similar finish to Overrun. It is has a murky green base with blue to purple to pink shifting foil shimmer. This polish has such an interesting look! The quick movement of the shimmers can give it a fun, different look at angles. I’m wearing three coats with a glossy topcoat.
The Journey is our sparkly holographic in this set. This polish has a bright green base brimming with silver holographic micro glitters and a copper to gold to green shifting aurora shimmer. It is so sparkly and easy to apply and wear. The polish dries down smooth with topcoat having the elements pop! I’m wearing two coats with a glossy topcoat.
Waiting To Happen
How pretty is Waiting To Happen! We have a light dusty pink base with a slight lean of neutral brown undertones. It is packed within with neon pink and gold micro glitters. The polish applies creamy with a glitters being well behaved, not even leaving bumps. I’m wearing two coats with a glossy topcoat.
