Braves Diva Polish is now Bases Loaded Lacquer! Tara made the name switch a few weeks ago, but we can expect the same quality product from her. In this post, I’ll be sharing two Rookie of the Month polishes. You still have a few days to grab August’s and you can set your alarm for September’s. Let’s get to it!
Release the Kimbrel – August 2020
When Tara creates a creme polish, I get excited! Her’s are tried and true for me and have usually served as stamping polishes with watermarbling properties. Release the Kimbrel is a rich raspberry creme that applies like a dream. I’m wearing two coats with a glossy topcoat.
Release the Kimbrel is created in honor of Craig Kimbrel, who was named the National League ROTM for the Braves in August 2011.
Price: $8.50 or $7.00 for Bases Loaded Bleacher Creatures Members
Winning Watermarble
Well, I decided to dance with danger and play with watermarbling. It’s one of those things that sounds like a quick do. Then I start and feel like I have to earn those stripes all over again. It wasn’t so bad with Release the Kimbrel. The polish spread beautifully with a nice color payoff on the nail.
Fifty Shades of Hey – September 2020
Next, we have Tara’s upcoming Rookie of the Month is Fifty Shades of Hey! This glorious shade is inspired by Jason Heyward, the National League Rookie of the Month in both April and May 2010 for the Atlanta Braves.
Here we have a warm copper polish that shows hints of golden at angles. This is livened with a mix of red to bronze to copper Ultra Chrome Chameleon flakies and gold holographic micro glitters. Also included are green to gold shifting iridescent micro shreds as well as a complementing gold shimmer. It’s sparkly yet cozy and feels like Fall. There is a bit of texture from the glitters ad flakies. I’m wearing two coats with a glossy topcoat.
Price: $12.50 or $11.00 for Bases Loaded Bleacher Creatures Members
Sunflower, Sunflower
Keep in mind discounts for members of the Bases Loaded Bleacher Creatures expire on the 1st of the following month

OMG! That watermarble is life! I literally just put the September rookie on for my pedi this morning and it is so pretty. What a great idea to make it into sunflowers.
